Tube to Southfields. About an hour.

From there you can walk or there are shuttle buses.

The 493 is an alternative to the shuttle buses from Southfields station: tfl.gov.uk/gettingaround/maps/buses/pdf/sout…

From Heathrow, take the Piccadilly line to Hammersmith, alight and walk across the platform for an eastbound District line train. Alight from that train at Earl's Court and change to a District line train towards Wimbledon. The Underground journey to Earl's Court should take all of 25 minutes.

Except that the 493 is diverted away from Church Road (where the All England Club is situated) during The Championships.
