Underground to Liverpool Street, then train to Harwich is straightforward and economic.

As above the Underground plus Abellio Greater Anglia service will take you from the airport to Harwich.

Having said that, please let us know if you need to travel from Heathrow to Harwich on the day your flight arrives, the day of the week and time of day you will arrive, and the number of people travelling. Planned works on the Underground may mean you will need to rethink that journey, and if you plan to travel with cruise passenger amounts of luggage you may wish to consider a car service from LHR to Liverpool Street (which has lifts from street level to the concourse and platforms) for the rail journey.

It's worth comparing the cost of a pre booked car service with the coach transfer that I assume your cruise company is offering. There are scores of recommended companies to be found by a perusal of this forum. If there are just two of you then expect to pay about £115-£125.

<<< looking for a reliable taxi service >>>

You do realise the distance is around 120 miles and takes about 2 hours ? Many cruise lines seem to misleadingly sell Harwich as bing 'near' London A taxi (black cab) would be very expensive

If you are biased against underground/train then a pre-booked hire car is a possibility - think in terms of some way North of £120
