Leicester Square Premier Inn is most central but also will be the most expensive.

Do you get frequent stayer points or staff rates or similar at PIs? Otherwise this question doesn't make a whole lot of sense there may be cheaper better places to stay or more central hotels or a PI 10 minutes away at say King's X might be £50 a night cheaper.

Is that four adults or does your group include two children under 16? If it's the former then you will struggle to find anywhere but with two kids you might get a family room at an outlying Premier Inn such as Hammersmith for about £100 depending on date. Otherwise you would have to downgrade to a Travelodge and even then you could well pay a lot more than £100 per night - London is expensive in June.

Location wise, the PI County Hall would fit the bill.

I've just got a really good rate at the PI Euston in late July for two nights, averaging at £75 a night. Pay in advance, non refundable, IIRC it was close to double that for a refundable rate.

If you are travelling by train Premier Inn Euston would be very handy. Its then only a few minutes on the tube to much of central London.
