Travelcards issued from a National Rail station

I've been reading about the National Rail travelcards. These are different from the Oyster cards? We will be in London for 2 weeks. Where is the closest National Rail Station to Cancell Road in the Oval where I can buy the travelcards? Are they open on Sundays when we arrive?

travelcards come in 2 'flavours' - bought from a tube station it'll come in eletronic form on a oyster card and are not eligible for 2-4-1 offers. travelcards bought from a national rail ticket office are in the form of a paper ticket and are eligible for 2-4-1 offers.

brixton or waterloo appear to be your closest national rail stations.

Vauxhall looks like it's nearby, looking at Google Maps.
