Title: Pushed out - BEWARE!
Booked and paid deposit in January. Corresponded directly with the owner with several emails; spoke with him on the phone once. Paid full balance in May 2014 when required through Holiday Lettings.
One week before our trip emailed the owner about address and location and received this back:
"Dear C, I regret to inform you that the apartment you reserved is double booked. Unfortunately, Holiday Lettings is not a site that feeds in to our central booking system. Hence when we saw your email today we realised what had happened. I'm really sorry about this and so soon before your journey."
We had to scramble less than 6 days from our departure.
