travelling around London

Have relatives coming over from America and staying for few days to do some sightseeing in London. Problem is he has a bad foot and cannot walk far. Do they have bicycle taxis anymore? or any suggestions to avoid too much walking.

We saw a few pedicabs around Covent Garden. You might think about Uber. Rides are cheaper than taxis and easy to arrange. The app is free for iPhones and other smart phones.

he could borrow a wheelchair FOC from the Red Cross and just use it if felt necessary. Otherwise a combination of buses and mini cabs would probably be best option.

Dont you live in London?

But why would you use these things? Slow, dangerous, impractical and expensive.
