agency recommendations

hi,

my friends and me visit london very often and each time we do come down we find out there would be an ongoing event in the city which we would be missing in the city by a couple of days ..

even if we extend the trip getting tickets to these events become impossible or prohibitively expensive ..

i am looking for references to reliable and reasonable agencies that specialise in tickets to major events and shows such as Wimbledon, hard to get rock concerts, etc ..

will highly appreciate the same ..

many thanks

Ticketmaster are a well-known and reputable agency but they can only get you tickets for concerts of which they are the official ticketing partner; if you want tickets to Wimbledon you have to use the official channels like everyone else.

If you want to know what events are on, try looking at the Time Out website - they will give you an idea of where tickets can be legitimately obtained for such events.

thanks for the reply and the good suggestions ..

out of curiosity i ran a google search for wimbledon tickets and came across this :

www.tennistours.com/wimbledon/packages/

would this not be an authentic agency to deal with, though its another thing that the prices quoted therein are out of my league ..

i figured there may be reputed agencies that may not be as expensive and who must be able to cater to high end demand games like in tennis and football and other shows and events ..

i was looking for something on those lines ..

thanks
