US Business Traveler tells all here:

Both Chelsea and Arsenal play 26 December, but unless you want to spend a lot of money on travel packages or the like, there is little chance of getting a seat.

'lotsa' shops close at 4 p.m. or so on Xmas Eve, at least here in the boonies, ....so the best is to spend the rest of the day in a pub......they usually do a roaring trade

For the games, check the respective clubs websites,...but you will unlikely get tickets for Arsenal....

no fixtures on xmas eve as boxing day (27th) is the tradational day for football over the festive period. Both arsenal and chelsea are at home. However they both play local london teams in qpr and west ham so tickets may be difficult or unlikely for both. To stand a chance of tickets you'll need to sign up as a member for each ticket you like via arsenals and chelsea's official websites. Otherwise the only other official outlets (ticket scalping is illegal in the uk) are hospitality tickets (big money!) via each club or thomas cooke hotel and ticket package.
