My 85 year old dad has decided to travel abroad for the first time in over 60 years. He can walk and do stairs but has very limited energy. He is determined to visit London on his limited budget and I hope to be able to join him and help out. Here is what we want - but I don't know if it exists:
- 2 separate sleeping spaces (single beds are fine) and a private bathroom (which we can share).
- Access to a kitchen or microwave where we can warm up food if my Dad doesn't have the energy to go out for a meal.
- Central location, if possible close to the British Museum or V&A so that we can easily walk or cab the distance and still return to the accommodation every few hours for a break.
We are planning to visit from around October 8 to 15 and somehow hope to find this miraculous place for less than 120 GBP per night.
Any suggestions? Does anyone know of a B&B, backpackers, or inexpensive apartment hotel that could fit the bill.
