I'm doing some planning for a forthcoming trip and one place I want to visit is Greenwich. We would also like to do the Emirates Airline so I am thinking of the Thames Clipper to the Airline, doing the 360 Experience and then spend the rest of the day in and around Greenwich.
Once off the Airline is it easy enough to walk to Greenwich centre or do we need to take a bus or train? We've no mobility issues and enjoy a walk along the river and maybe stop for a bite of lunch if this is an option. Also as we are staying near Waterloo I have read that the 188 bus is a good option for our return journey. Is this correct and is the bus stop easy to find?
In Greenwich itself we'd like to see the Meridian and the Cutty Sark although not necessarily do the guided tours.
Thanks for your help.Edited: 01 September 2014, 23:28
