Yurtshire at Newburgh Priory

Has anyone booked a Yurt here? If you did, what did you think and any tips? Thanks!

Didn't book one ourselves but visited friends in one. Frankly we weren't that impressed. It was a long distance down to the yurt from the car park carrying several lots of stuff in the rain, the loo was quite a distance from the tent, not great at night time. The interior was OK, a bit scruffy, though the bed looked clean and comfortable. Having done a lot of both basic and 'luxury' camplng abroad I couldn't see how this could justify spending nearly £100 per night. I'd say go and look before booking.

We also stayed there and have to disagree with the previous comment, if your looking for a complete chill out few days away from the normal rat race then this is ideal, the accommodation is more than adequate and it's just so chilled and relaxed, we wanted to get away from it all and having no wifi etc was great!
