There are huge numbers of hotels, B&Bs and places to stay in and around Whitby... You will find the difficult thing is getting parking included.

There are plenty of B&Bs with free street parking nearby (those around North Terrace, Hudson St, etc) or alternately tend to be up around Prospect Hill, which is slightly further from the beach area of the town.

I can recommend Argyle House B&B, but it only has on-street free parking:

Some places with free parking are included in the links below (I have not stayed in any of these so cannot comment on whether or not they are good!):

When are you going? It's just that it's Whitby folk festival over the week commencing 20 August and that will put some additional pressure on local accommodation. Unless, of course, that is why you are going!

I don't know many non self catering that have parking. In saying that you can pay for a permit for parking in any of the SBC Carparks and they are fairly reasonable
