Easter Sunday Lunch in York

Looking for recommendations for a restaurant/pub in York city centre that will be serving a traditional and good Easter Sunday lunch.

Certainly doesn't need to be an upmarket place but would like proper locally sourced and well-cooked food, rather than cheap cuts of plastic tasting meat and microwaved vegeatables etc.

Thanks very much.

For somewhere to eat central in York and of a good standard would be at the Dean Court Hotel.near the Minster

Either of the two Russells restaurants would fit the bill, I guess. They do traditional roasts; roast beef, yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and veg, that sort of thing.

We've had some good, meals at Melton's Too, and they do a Sunday roast using locally sourced beef or pork, and vegetables that taste of vegetables!

I've never had the Sunday lunch at Meltons Too, but I've eaten there a fair bit. Good quality, often locally sourced. Recommended strongly!
