York locations featured in BBC's "Death Comes to Pemberley"

For those of you visiting over the New Year's break - there are several locations within York that were used in the filming of the BBC's adaptation of "Death Comes to Pemberley"

Most recognisable is St Williams College next to York Minster - used for the street scenes and the Kings Arms Inn and also the inner courtyard for the trial of Wickham. External shots of Treasurer's House also were used. Trinity Church was used for the sermon scene in Ep 2 - note the lovely box pews. The gallows scene was shot next at The Eye of York - next to York Castle Museum.

Other places such as Castle Howard also feature prominently.

I believe some of the forest scenes were filmed in Hardcastle Crags near Hebden Bridge.
