Isolation, hot tub and dog-friendly - an impossible ask??

We would love to find accommodation in North York Moors area in September that accepts a dog and also has a hot tub for after the long walks! Would also be brilliant if there was a pub fairly near and walking access but dog & hot tub are biggest requirements. Have done lots of searching but nothing ideal found yet.

Any suggestions very gratefully received.

I think there is some self catering over in the Dales but will have to have a closer look for you

Have you tried Flowery Dell Lodges, Hudswell, near Richmond. It is a family run business who have fifteen cabins, some with hot tubs and thirteen dog friendly cabins. Even though there are fifteen cabins it is still very peaceful. There are two pubs within walking distance.

We are going back for our second holiday in September - can't wait.

If you look on Trip Advisor reviews you can see the excellent reviews.

You can also look at the layout of the cabins on the Flowery Dell website then go to google maps and judge for yourself if it would be suitable.

Another place we visited which was very secluded with hot tubs and dog friendly (albeit about 8 years ago) was Faweather Grange, Ilkley Moor (via Hoseasons). It feels very secluded but is a very long walk to the nearest pub across the fields.

Good luck.

For the record Richmond and Hawes are not the North Yorks Moors-not being picky but not sure of OPs knowledge of the area

I would say either Cropton/Keldy cabins or Flowery Dell, I have stayed at Keldy & F/D, both great but different and a bit of a hike to a pub from the sites, but with a hot tub, champers, log fire, BBQ, who needs the pub??!!

We find the best time to go is November, it is nice and cold and soooo much cheaper!!
