Maison Blanc (corner of Hart Street & Duke Street); Brasserie Gerard or Cafe Rouge (both Hart Street).

Or you could check with the Hotel Du Vin whether their bistro is open to non-residents for breakfast.

The Baskerville, in Lower Shiplake, which is only 5mins by car from Henley or a nice walk along the river if you fancied it, is just starting to open for breakfasts next Monday (15th Feb). It’s already a well established Pub, Restaurant and B&B, so the breakfasts should be top notch.
