Pubs in Coventry for Saturday

I'm planning to oranise a meetup in central Coventry on Saturday for about 10 to 15 people. It's for people interested in world travel, so looking for a place easy to get to by public transport or car, quiet enough to hold a conversation without shouting, and with the option of reasonably priced food with veggie options on the menu

Could people please make some suggestions that's not too busy on a Saturday from about 7pm.

Has been quite a while since I've been in Coventry but as there are no other replies.

Rose and Crown is on a bus route, has a car park and easy [ish] to find. Some vegetarian but not extensive. Just outside the city so less chance of city centre idiots. Was good last time there but that was some years ago.

The next link will give some names where you could research a few of them.

Apologies the reply isn't more helpful with recommendations

It's been a while since you posted so I hope this isn't too late - but I would recommend 'Browns' - a modern style pub/bar/restaurant which is right in the city centre near the cathedral and between the Council House and the Herbert art gallery/museum. There's always plenty of space in there, the service is good and the food is excellent and cheap.

I would echo the Browns recommendation, if it's not too late.
