Train Travel from Heathrow airport to Chichester

Hi,

I am travelling to Heathrow airport and wish to take the train to Chichester. Could someone help me with this? It seems I need to take the Heathrow express to Paddington Station. Is that correct? Where do I go from there to get a train to Chichester?

I'd appreciate any help you can give me. . . . . thank you in advance.

According to the National Rail journey planner, the quickest way is bus from the Heathrow Central Bus station to Woking train station then train to Chichester, which involves a change of train at Havant - total time 2h 10m.

Slower would be underground to London Victoria and direct train to Chichester - total time 2h 45m.

If you want to take the Heathrow Express to London Paddington, you would then have to take the underground, bus or taxi to Victoria for the onward. Probably about the same time as the option immediately above and more expensive.

Thank you so much. The coach is the best thing, I think.
