Good place to stay?

Never been in to Leeds before so through I would go there for a couple of days on my way back from Manchester airport in February.

A friend has suggested Premier Inn (City Centre) as I'm just looking for somewhere cheap and simple with free parking.

Do you think this is a good suggestion, as of yet no real plans what I want to do there other than just wander and get a feel for the place.

Thanks

1. Re: Good place to stay?

there is no free parking in leeds!!!

it stopped in nov 2013,

your choices for parking is either car park, or street parking which is free after 10pm

cheap... yeah travel lodge, premier inn, ibis (old etap)

how many days are you thinking?

Premier Inn Leeds City Centre(Leeds Arena)

Hepworth Point, Clay Pit Ln, Leeds, North Yorkshire LS2 8BQ

Travelodge Hotel - Leeds Central Vicar Lane

leeds market £16 24 hours... that is the rough pric of a 24 hour car park in leeds

Looks like I'm going to go for Premier Inn (City Centre) as it has free parking, one less thing to worry about.

Thanks
