Overnight Trains from Wiltshire - North

Does anyone know if there are any trains which run between stops in Wiltshire (e.g. Salisbury, Bath etc.) up to Liverpool, Blackburn, or other stops up north? It sounds like the ride is still not particularly long, but we thought we would double check. Many thanks.

No - not even from London

The only overnight trains in the UK are sleeper trains between London and Scotland and London and Cornwall

There will of course be day trains - as the previous poster says involving changes

Overnight? Not anymore. Until the late 80's parcel trains used to have a carriage for passengers. Often these trains would leave their starting point at 2am and reach their destination around 7am. But parcel trains and "red eye" carriages have gone into the realms of railway history now.
