Nice beach and nice restaurant in North Wales

Hello,

I am looking to travel for an overnight stay in North Wales on the Coat somewhere and would like a nice beach and a restaurant for the evening. If you have any recommendations. We would be travelling from Manchester- max driving time around 2hrs and we dont really have a budget limit for the Restaurant.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Emma

You are probably looking somewhere in the Llandudno/Conwy area. This is about 90min drive (plus a bit for delays etc).

Sorry can't help with restaurant recommendations.

Nice restaurants in Conwy are The Castle Hotel and Amelies. Further along towards Conwy Marina is Signatures Restaurant on Aberconwy open to non-residents.

In Deganwy towards Llandudno is Paysanne fabulous French restaurant or the best Chinese Nikki Ips, both opposite the railway station.

Push the boat out is The Bodysgallen Hotel towards Llandudno.

We've either been there or heard recent excellent recommendations.
