is there any chance of seeing dolphins at the coast of wales in August ?

What coast are you talking about? If you are talking about the North-West Coast around St Davids you can take a boat trip to see Dolphins and Seals etc. It is worth checking out some places on Google.

You may spot dolphins anywhere in Cardigan Bay, particularly around the harbour in Aberystwyth & around the New Quay area. There are boat trips from New Quay see www.newquayboattrips.co.uk for more info.
