Hi, can I know when is the best time to see the Northern lights in Bangor and where to see it?

At night, under clear skies, in March, at sunspot maximum when there's a geomagnetic storm,

Then you have a slight chance of seeing them.

Otherwise your best bet is to had to northern Norway for a couple of weeks and hope for the best.
