North Wales trip

I am currently planning things to do for a weeks stay in north Wales at the end of August.

We have a night in chirk, 3 nights in colwyn bay and 3 nights in caernafon.

Currently our ideas are as follows:-

Snowdon railway

Llanberis lake railway

Llechwedd slate caverns

Sygun copper mile

Trip to Anglesey

Castles - caernafon, Harlech

Falls at betws-y-coed

Any other recommendations for must see places (we are a young couple)?

Are there any ideal locations for good sun sets in the area?

Thanks

Portmeirion isn't too far from Caernarvon. Always worth a visit. can be done in conjunctuion with the Ffestiniog railwy.

Sunsets - Dinas Dinelle beach near Caernarvon, from on top of the Great or Little Orme, Gladstone pub in Dwygyfylchi!
