Traditional Welsh Food in Cardiff Bay Area

Any recommendations for traditional Welsh food in the Cardiff Bay area? My understanding is that Cardiff Bay is a fairly touristy area but something nearby by or not too far away would be awesome. We'd like to eat where the locals eat.

Thanks again!

Sosban Fach is to be opned on the bay area. The address they have is just one for correspondence for now. The recipes being looked at are all coming from old reference and books etc. So all things in the restaurant will be authenticly Welsh. Look forward to you all trying it out when it opens in the autumn and then you can leave trip advisors on it.

Bit of a shame you are feeling a bit negative. My CO worker here at the B&B is off setting up this restaurant, he is Welsh, but admittedly cannot speak excellent Welsh. He is after help, of which translations are being dealt with and checked to make sure things are correct. Thanks for pointing them out. Best you wait and see what the restauran has to offer and leave your trip advisors on the restaurant itself.

regards for now.
