Accommodation that allows smoking?

Hi there,

I'm trying to book accommodation in Belfast for someone who swims against the tide and smokes. The only hotel I can find which seems to have any smoking rooms left is Park Inn. Can anyone recommend any others? Or alternatively any self catering accommodation which again allows smoking?

I know its a tall order these days, but if they can't smoke they simply won't travel.

Thanks

Sorry but I think with the smoking ban it's a bit of a tricky one. Would they not be willing to go outside for a smoke when they need one?

That would mean they'd be out there 24-7! Hahaha.

Think you may be kinda stuck on this one, I have loads of friends who smoke, some chain smoke, but they still manage to abide by the new rules and go outside, may be inconvenient I know, but that's the way it is now, but keep looking, a lot of accommodation websites will have a smoking/non smoking check box when booking, so it's worth a try.

According to this site http://www.hotelsmoking.co.uk/

the Hilton hotels in both Belfast and Templepatrick have a number of designated smoking rooms, just look in the search facility and type in Belfast.
