Cafe / Restaurant near Titanic Experience on a Sunday

Would anyone have any recommendations please for somewhere nice for lunch within walking distance of the Titanic Experience on a Sunday. We will be spending the best part of the day in the area doing the Titanic Experience and the Titanic Walking Tour.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks.

The Titanic Experience is in quite an industrial area to be honest, which is logical when you consider that it's where a huge ship was built. It is becoming more commercial as time goes by but there's still a big lack of cafés and restaurants. There is apparently a café at the Experience itself but I've heard mixed reports. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cathedral Quarter from the Titanic Experience though, which is probably the closest area with a good choice of restaurants. There are lots of great independent places there, e.g. McHughs, Bert's Jazz Bar, the Cloth Ear, Made in Belfast Cathedral Quarter and Potted Hen. If you don't fancy walking that far you could try one of the chain type places in the Odyssey (dubious) or Victoria Square (a better choice IMHO).

Hi Bridget,

Thanks for your reply. We have decided on either McHugh's or the Cloth Ear.
