You could try James street south, Deans, or for seafood the Mourne seafood bar,( book ahead)

A few more suggestions to look into: The Potted Hen, Hill Street Brasserie, Made in Belfast (have a slight personal preference for the Cathedral Quarter location but both are great) or maybe Brunch (rather than lunch per se) at Bert's Jazz Bar at The Merchant.
