Forth Road Bridge Roadworks at Weekends

Just to warn people that they have started again and currently are due to occur every weekend until 29th October.

Today there were 90 minute queues northbound as of 6:00pm

Oh Joy. Got to go up to Inverness in a couple of weekends time.

Might go round by Stirling. According to AA routefinder it only takes about 30 minutes longer so would actually be quicker than sitting in traffic for 90 minutes. Failing that we will have to leave much earlier than intended. Ho hum... Thanks for the reminder.

Queues on the Kincardine Bridge southbound yesterday (Sunday) were horrific.

Seem to remember something about the Forth bridge being shut in the near future for a week due to track workings
