Not sure if Duncan's Chocolate Factory (Beaverhall Road) in Edinburgh still exists although their products are still on sale, might be produced in Cumbria now though.

At £25 this workshop in Rosyth seems a bit dear to me but might be money well spent to somebody else:- www.mexicoco.co.uk/chocolate-making.

There's a chocolate factory in Brodick on Arran (in fact several food places - eg. an excellent cheese factory shop near Brodick castle,, and the brewery does tours).

I would have thought most places have to be careful about tours as hygiene is paramount.

We took the kids to this place at Easter- really a workshop for them to make Chocolate rather than a proper "factory" thecocoabeancompany.com/cocoabean_home.html

Tunnocks has in the past done tours and I'd suggest you contact them to ask if they still do.
