Native cuisine

Visiting on a cruise ship. One day in Glasgow, Invergodon, Inverness and Edinburgh. We like to eat pub style and would like suggestions for local food (in addition to haggis.

Thanks for your help

1. Re: Native cuisine

Things to look out for are things like smoked salmon, aberdeen angus beef, cullen skink(fish soup) Arbroath smokies( more at breakfast time than other times) scotch broth, haggis as you say ( look for chicken balmoral - chicken stuffed with haggis usually with a whisky sauce. For pudding cranachan or a slice of clootie dumpling! Now I'm hungry!!!
