I'm planning a trip to scotland from Reading in the long weekend. Can you please suggest, which part of the scotland should I plan for ?

Not really. What do you want to see? What made you want to come to Scotland?

Are you interested in cities? Countryside? Walking? Climbing? Historic sites? Museums? Shopping?

If you can tell us then we can make suggestions

You could try to take in Cowal Games - Scotland's largest Highland Games that usually always takes place that weekend. Reasonably accessible, and a ferry trip across the Clyde to Dunoon thrown in!

It is a fun day out, even if you stay in Glasgow you can get there and back easily in a day.
