We have all the evening fun sorted but need some inspiration on day time activities..is there any bus or boat tour, any sightseeing you'd recommend, any good shopping streets or centres..or any other suggestions welcome :-) thank you in advance :-)

How about a spa visit ? Massage, facial, manicure, maybe hair, then everyone will look a good as they feel ! There are several spas listed in the "things to do" category on the Tripadvisor Aberdeen forum page.

Enjoy!

Lots of shopping. Union Square by the Station is the newest indoor shopping centre. Upstairs are all the restaurants, the cinema and the hotel, downstairs the shops. There is a T.K.Maxx which has lots of designer brands at great prices, you need to really have a good rake around but that is part of the fun. Go to the very end of the shopping mall walking away from the station and walk out of the doors at the end keep left and there is a M.&.S. food and furniture and next door is the T.K.Maxx. Up in town there are lots o shops in Union Street and three shopping Malls. The one at the far end of Union Street on the left, starts with a big M.&.S. and has two floors of shops. i.e. Monsoon, Next, Disney Store, River Island etc.,

I know shopping is a lot cheaper in Aberdeen than Dublin.

Google "Aberdeen Cocktail Class" if you fancy that. A nice afternoon tea or an Intoxicating Tea Party -again google gives lots of venues. If you're interested in any of these, I'm sure someone may give specific recommendations.

How about a Nick Nairn cookery class?

Iceskating, bowling, cinema or Codonas funfair - all at the Beach Boulevard.

Sightseeing - Art Gallery is nice and convenient in the middle of town but there are lots more optons in the Things to Do Section.

Last summer my mates and I did afternoon tea at the Marcliffe (http://www.marcliffe.com/index.htm) and then went to the onsite spa for some spoiling. Malmaison also have spa facilities and a restaurant onsite (https://www.malmaison.com/locations/aberdeen/).

The afternoon tea with cocktails at the Palm Court (thepalmcourthotel.com/PDF/palm_court_afterno…) is very nice and friends were raving about the equivalent at the Carmelite.

Not done it myself but you can go on a Dolphin adventure cruise from the harbour (clydecruises.com/clydecruises/…)

It is but the fun stuff is more in the evening than during the day unfortunately.
