Hotel or Bed and Breakfast recommendation

We will be traveling from the USA to Oban for one night (AUG 9), and then going to the Isle of Mull the next day. We arrive in Glasgow at 16:00 and will take the bus or train to Oban to spend the night before taking the Ferry the next day. Any recommendations for a Hotel or Bed and Breakfast for one night? Close to the bus/train and Ferry points?

After the long day(+) of travel a good bed is the most important.

Sincerely, Mark

The Ranald is a really nice, comfortable hotel, and ideal for your needs. Depending on what luggage you have, you can walk to and from the rail-way station / ferry terminal in 10-20 minutes.

It's new, and good quality, so the beds are better than in some places.

Book soon - Oban gets very busy at this time.

My parents recently stayed at the Ranald Hotel and were very impressed. It's clean, modern and good quality. Only one drawback - it doesn't have a lift (elevator).
