Time for a TASC

Dear friends and fellow posters.

Its that time of the year, time for a TASC. Old friends its time we got back together, new friends its time we met.

Yes we are all travel mad and planning our own trips but lets try to set a date.

I await suggestions for dates, venues and programme.

Happy to make the arrangements, all welcome.

Some ground rules:

Confidentiality will be respected - no revealing real names on TA

Safety in numbers - we will meet as a group and anyone misbehaving will be asked to leave

Other GR's welcomed

Speak to you all soon

Gxxx

Guys

Can't make that date, I am sailing on the Solent that weekend.

If we can change- the 13th 0r 14th are excellent days for me or the 27th/28th. If not then have fun and I want a full account (every detail Emelda).

Yours

Actually they are Unclegus :-) More like the shoe-bag I had at kindergarten than a proper back-pack. Maybe I was expecting too much given they are (a) free and (b) posted from the USA. Put it this way, it fitted through the letterbox.

rRight - this was Gibson123's suggestion in the first place. If she can't make the 20/21 weekend then I say we go for a time when she can be there..

So, can we set in stone Saturday 28 July in the Guildford? Send me a message if you want dinner and I'll book a table (several tables? - looks like we might be up to about a dozen.)

Yes 28th suits me fine. Can I suggest 7pm for drinks and 8pm for dinner, also scottish "kitty system" in place, much more civilised for large groups.

I should be fine for that.

I think I can afford a £1 for the kitty.
