does anyone know what Vittorias on the Bridge is like for breakfast? I've booked all bar one but considering changing it as there's a large group of us and their customer service hasn't been the best up till now - plus think Vittorias may be closer to our hotel (The Carlton)

If anyone can suggest anywhere else I'd be grateful - there's 18 of us.

Thank you :)

I'm an occasional visitor to VOTB. I'm more a regular at their properties Taste of Italy, and Vittoria's on Leith Walk. When I've been to VOTB the food has been excellent. When I've had Breakfast it has been excellent. 10-12 am by the way. After that they do standard lunch then evening menus.

I can't comment on All Bar One, except to say it's a chain, whereas the Vittoria restaurants are family owned and run.

Vittoria will be big enough - but for that number you need to book.

Best to email them? ewaz@vittoriarestaurant.com

Book ahead, they might not be used to those numbers for breakfast but should be able to cope! If i had the choice I would go for it everyday as opposed to All Bar One - however that's visiting in a small group - not with 17 others..

And yes, you will be closer to Vittoria's from the Calton than All Bar one.
