Looking for a B&B around Edinburgh

Hello - I will be in Glasgow at the end of the month and wondering if anyone can recommend a good B&B around Edinburgh area. Or an interesting place to stay for a one night side trip, like a castle or something. Also will be in Belfast if anyone knows a B&B there as well. Thanks

Have a look at 23 Mayfield in Edinburgh.

Very comfortable, secure parking, good breakfast and friendly staff. It is not in the city centre but buses into the centre have a frequent service from stops outside the house.

I agree with the assessment of 23 Mayfield. I stayed there 3 years ago with my mother and they couldn't have been more welcoming and the accommodation was excellent.

Doris Crook B&B; not in the city centre but an easy walk through the Meadows or bus ride into the city: tripadvisor.com.au/Hotel_Review-g186525-d656…

My colleagues at work often stay in Number 29 (in the New Town) and everyone raves about it. http://www.number29edinburgh.co.uk/

I haven't stayed in a B&B in Belfast but hotel-wise, Ten Square is nice.
