Not taxi please.
Appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thank You.
Airlink bus to Haymarket or Waverley station
ScotRail train to Glenrothes With Thornton (Fife Circle line).
Thank You ...seems very simple:)
Looks like OP has posted this message twice!
A point to be aware of here is that the station is in Thornton, a couple of miles outside Glenrothes itself. Unless you have someone to pick you up, you will still have to get another bus from the station into Glenrothes, and possibly another to your final destination within the town. The alternative of a bus to Ferrytoll and from there to Glenrothes involves only one change and can be quicker. Again, the transportdirect site (or Traveline Scotland's) will tell you which is likely to be most suitable based on your arrival date and time. (Bus is almost always cheaper!)
Have to agree with John - the Stagecoach 747 bus to Ferrytoll, then the Stagecoach X59 to Glenrothes. The only problem is the connection as the X59 runs only hourly (at 13 minutes past the hour).
