We went to a wedding in St Salvators afew years ago, which was a very enjoyable experience. Then a meal in another building close by.

We stayed in Kinburn Guest House-which was a great place to stay too.

The R&A is for private members only, so very doubtful you would be able to get married there.

I thought about about St Andrews Cathedral too. Good choice. If not windy !

How about in the area of the West Sands beach? (where they filmed the opening scene of Chariots of Fire)

What about using Kinkell Byre, http://www.kinkell.com/byre/index.html

What about the grounds of the Abbey at Balmerino? It's really atmospheric and beautiful....

It's near Wormit(Newport on Tay)

I know someone who was married there so it is feasible.

Good luck
