am with Lightblue here, had the most dreadful time ever in one of their hotels, a relation was dying and they were most unhelpful, rude, unprofessional and downright ignorant. Food was poor and the bar was icky.

That's the thing that jumped off the page at me...530 jobs! That's tough...

My only experience with them was Breaffy House a few years back, but it was a wedding so I don't recall the finer details of the accommodation lol.
