Dublin Restaurants for Easter Brunch or Dinner

The last 2 days of our trip to Ireland will be Easter weekend and we will be in Dublin. Any suggestions for either brunch or dinner for Easter day?

Restaurants are likely to be fairly busy on Easter Sunday, so a reservation might be necessary for dinner for the more popular locations. Dublin has a wide range of restaurant types to suit a range of budgets. Choice would also depend on location. Assuming city centre, some personal favourites would include Dunne & Crescenzi, South Frederick St (inexpensive Italian), L'Ecrivian, Baggot Street (on the rare occasions I can afford it), Pearl Brasserie, Merrion Street Upper (again not cheap but good) and Eden, Temple Bar (good mid-range venue).

This one should fit the bill.
