I feel rather frustrating when posting topic again. Since 2009 when I posted it, I got a reply giving me a contact email which it worked well. At 2011 whenI encountered no response again from internet booking with loyalty membership sign in, I emailed MyArgus and they handled it for me. Now, again, I have no response after signing in MyArgus, I sent them an email but without reply at all. No email / internet contact are available. Only Telephone numbers and lines could be machine-answered only.
I don't want to misuse this forum for making a private complaint. 4% discount is good but not a big deal. I just want your opinion whether I shall still trust Argus Car Rental as a responsible agent? Does anyone else have similar experience with this company?
