Yes, Air Transat. I will be flying into Dublin and out of Shannon this June. They do not fly everyday and you must use their multidestination tool, if you are wanting to open-jaw between Dublin and Shannon:

The Club Class seats are definitely worth spending a bit extra, but most of these are already sold out for this year's summer season.

FYI: This year, flights are scheduled from the end of April to the end of October. The route is a triangular itinerary, so the plane goes: Toronto to Dublin to Shannon to Toronto.
