Traveling alone, on foot, in September...

Hello! I just found out that I will be in Ireland for three days in September. I am a single woman traveling alone, and I don't want to rent a car. I've done the circle tour of Ireland before and I'm so excited to be going back. I will be flying in and out of Dublin and being VERY NEAR a coast for scenic beach walks is a must. A fun village for evening craic would be highly desirable. I do want to make it a home base and not move every night. What are your thoughts?

I agree, Dalkey Hill and Bray Head, both easily accessible by DART. Also try Dalkey town for evening craic.
