Bee...

The Horseshoe is great for sea food amongst other things. Its part of a pub so go to the restaurant at the back. Its not posh but its excellent food.Don't let the lamenated menu card put you off.

Packie's is a great place too...

Thanks you for your suggestions. Is Caseys in the Brooklane Hotel? We're staying there...is it a nice hotel by the way?!

Packies. It's great. Book well in advance if you want in there. An Leath Phingin had closed down alright and was still closed as of May. Pity - it was terrific.

PS

If you do go to Packies, and it would be a shame not to, the seafood sausage as a starter is scrumptious and the colcannon as a side dish is also!
