Are under 18 year old kids allowed in Pubs?

Thinking of traveling to Ireland with my 15 year old nephew. Would we be allowed into pubs?

Yes, until 10pm during the summer and until 9pm during the winter.

Most pubs do meals and children are allowed in to eat, but not drink!! As Bean says they have a set time to be out by.
