Are you pulling our legs? :-)
Maybe Alan Flynn needed the bed back? (Were you there after 2PM on check out day - it is getting to Winter, so none of us are looking particularly tanned.)
I've had a quick google and checked Clare Library for any history, but couldn't find anything - perhaps Bannergirl might have heard something (that goes bump in the night) ?
If I hear anything more useful, will post back.
Are you sure it wasn't some type of REM sleep disorder issue?
After a few pints some have paranormal experiences also.
Slightly off the subject, Carrigoran Castle (in ruins - between Newmarket on Fergus & Shannon) supposedly has the ghost of a monkey who roused the household when a fire broke out - saved the family but perished himself :-(
Bannergirl. Could explain how he disappeared so quickly :-)
True Ferdia, he has been doing a lot of training ok. lol
ferdia, I'm cracking up at work here....your first post was absolutely classic! :)
whatthehell1. Thanks - your posting name always brings a smile
massapequamom. You probably already know this, but you can give Old Ground a good review in hotel section of TA.
I had my second stay at the place this past June...sure enough, I was awakened at 4:00 in the morning...strange noises outside the door, ghaslty singing voices...moans and whispers, then it got louder...
But I finally opened the door and asked the drunks to quiet down and move on.
