Quiet nice Place for overnight near Cliffs of Moher, Burren

Hi! A family of 3 coming from Dingle (hopefully via Conor Pass.) Can someone suggest a charming and quiet B&B (or other lodging) with triple room where we can spend the night and make a fairly early morning start to view Cliffs of Moher, Burren and whatever recommended stops, on our way to Galway. Also, looking for overnight suggestions in centrally located Galway area ( we're not too much for pub scene), where we can head to Clifden via` Roundstone. Suggestions for Clifden and Westport accomodations, mid-range priced, also very much appreciated. :-)

For a stay in Co. Clare, I would recommend Berry Lodge B&B. It is in a beautiful area, Spanish Point. Just a minute's drive into the town of Miltown Malbay for evening dining and entertainment and a great starting point to head to the cliffs/burden the following morning.

Ennis is a great base for the whole of county Clare, or as above if you cross by the Shannon Ferry.

Galway there are several good B&B on College road which is 5 or 10 minutes walk into the city.

Clifden I use and recommend Dún Rí Guest house.

Westport there are a few places being banded around for the town, I have recommended McCartheys but if you are looking to be on the edge of town there might be better choices.

You may want to take a look at Doonagore Farmhouse B&B, which is up the road from the Cliffs, towards Doolin, and an easy spot to get on the road to Galway We enjoyed our stay here.

The family is very nice, as were the accomodations. It's in a pretty location, with views of one of the Aran Islands. I'm pretty sure they'll have a triple room for you, as well. Check out the reviews here on TA...

I have booked the Racecourse lodge on the back of a recommendation I had from visitors last year. I couldn't get into Dún Rí for the Fledh on the 19th. Guess I will have to make sure I have booked my dates before recommending any where next time.

What dates are you looking for?

@tony2phones - Our itnerary, more or less, is:

June 1: Coming from Conor Pass, overnight in the Cliffs, Burren area;

June 2: Galway area (prefer not to be in City itself)

June 3: Clifden

June 4: Westport, 2 nights

June 1st plan qute firm. We can still play with the June 2 to 4 mix as far as where to spend the nights, as lon as we make it back to Bunratty by June 6th for the late Banquet.

Clifden is celebrating 200th anniversary to June the 4th so that will be the accommodation black spot.

For Galway, taking into account you're heading to Clifden the following day, you could look at some where like this in the Newcastle area:

Given that you'll be leaving Galway on a Sunday morning, you could also consider Salthill with a great range of accommodation of all types and a sea view, if you want that and choose accordingly:

Here is one on the edge of Salthill, showing a triple room and a sea view:

Or, this in a quiet residential area of Salthill:
