M1 north from Dublin--morning traffic?

What's morning traffic like on the M1 north from Dublin? We need to get from Ballsbridge to Tandragee in Ulster on a Wednesday morning. Mapquest says plan on 1 1/2 hours. If we left at 830am would we get there by 10am, or should we leave earlier?

Maybe leave at 8am to be on the safe side. Also, I would strongly recommend taking the EastLink toll bridge (about €1.60), easily accessed from Ballsbridge (via Irishtown), and then take the Dublin Port Tunnel (€3 at that time of day), these two toll-roads should greatly reduce your journey time. The traffic on the M1 at that time of day should mostly be on the southbound side of the road.

Perhaps 8:15 would do the trick. One hour should take you from the start of the tunnel to the junction at Newry, you'll need 15-20mins from there. You'll also need 15-20mins to get to the tunnel from Ballsbridge.
