Are Lingus reliability for Van Morrison concert

We are coming over from Amsterdam to see Van Morrison (how amazing) in Dublin 25th August.

We were thinking of taking a morning flight at 1010 do you think it will run on time and not be cancelled.

We are from Australia and will be in Amsterdam that week.

Any recommendations on a simple clean accommodation for overnight

Aer Lingus is a reasonably reliable airline but there is no guarantee that there would be a cancellation or delay on any route. However AL has several connections daily between Amsterdam and Dublin. You could therefore be reasonably confident of getting to Dublin for the concert, on the basis that if your flight was cancelled, you would be moved to another flight on that the same day.

The concert is in Marlay Park which is in south suburban Dublin, about 8km south of the city centre. However, there are very few hotels in the immediate vicinity of the park - you might be better to stay in the city centre area and travel out to Marlay Park for the concert. Maybe look at hotels in the vicinity of St Stephens Green - Grafton Capital is one possibility. Alternatively, check out the Beacon Hotel in Sandyford which is not far frorm Marley but may not be cheap.

The Amsterdam route is one that tends to be given priority because of the large number of connecting passengers. Barring a strike (and I haven't heard any rumblings) or a serious weather event, the flight should run.

If something does happen, there are another three flights to Dublin that should get you there on time. As a last resort, if you got the early flight to Cork, you could still be in Dublin mid-afternoon by train.
